My weekend~

Doesn't it suck worse to come back to work after getting a three day weekend? Why is that? Anyways, my weekend was pretty good, can't complain. Saturday Jakx and I babysat Sammy as Natasha & Joe moved. The boys had a fun time playing together all day. Then, I went and saw their new house, it is way cute!! Sunday I had some friends over for a BBQ~we all had a good time!! Afterwards, we went and caught the new X-men movie, I liked it, it was pretty entertaining, however probably would have been better if I had seen the first two, but oh well, what do you do?? The rest of my weekend was pretty low key...did stuff around the house, exciting huh?? Natasha, hope you approve of the new pink writing.

Gwen finally pops!! Gavin & Gwen welcomed a healthly baby boy Friday Kingston James McGregor Rossdale weighing 7 1/2 pounds.

Can't wait to see the pics of these babies~who will get the scoop? My money is on people magazine to get the exclusive pics. What do you think??

Crazy Liz~

It's Thursday and thank goodness its almost Friday~! So yesterday as I am getting home my crazy neighbor Liz, who is known for listening to her self help tapes, is moving my trash cans. She states that they smell horrible and I inform her that it is not mine that she is smelling but my other neighbors. She looks at me wierd and I tell her once again that it isn't mine, ok not to say my trash can smells like roses, but it is not what is smelling so awful. She then states that she is going to call the home owners and complain on them, fine do whatever you want crazy Liz, call the damn home owners, whatever floats your boat. But get your shit straight before you go accusing the wrong person crazy Liz!!

Thought I'd think of something creative to write about, but nothing juicy comes to mind. My car is officially getting repaired, only a mere $4000 in damages, sweet huh?? I just want my car back!!! OC~ Why is it that every show decided to kill off characters in the season finales? I can't handle it! I am still in utter shock over the season finale of the OC. Marissa dies in Ryan's arms...hello major dramatic and sad!! I was crying yet again, when don't I cry though?? At least on 90210 when Shannon Doughtery aka Brenda left they just had her leave the country, not die in Dylan's arms, ya know? Still a little tramatized for sure!! I cannot believe that they killed Marissa, WTF? Poor Ryan is going to be tramatized forever now! How can they just kill off Marissa?? Rumor has it, Marissa (Mischa Barton) wanted to move on and felt that her character had been throuogh so much that there was nothing left for Marissa to do. But still, Marissa can't leave the OC!

Why me?

Can I say how much I hate dumb people who rear end someone?? CAR ACCIDENTS SUCK!!!! It has almost been an entire week since I was rear-ended and still I am getting the run arround from damn USAA insurance! The not-so-nice lady who hit me of course has to have the lamest insurance company ever to deal with, especially when they claim at fault! I just want to get my car into the shop ASAP and get the thing fixed, but NO that is too much to ask. Let me tell you, first it was 2 unreturned phone calls for me to call back yet again today to see that the adjuster will be gone for most of the week, oh hell no! This is getting dealt with now or else!! I finally got transferred to some guy who has informed me that now I have to go and get an estimate from their "approved" body shop before I can get my car into my bodyshop. Lame, huh??? INSURANCE companies suck!!!! And it is suppose to rain the next few days, not good for someone who's trunk doesn't shut... this is bullshit!! And all because some lame ass lady decided it would be fun to rear-end me because I didn't go fast enough on the green light. Why me??

Well, the moto of my day yesterday was that song "Bad Day" by Daniel Powter...some lame biatch rear-ended me yesterday on my way home from work... ahhh, why me? My car must have a bullseye on it or something?? Of course she yells at me...whatever lady!! You're the one who hit me!!!! The light turned green and she smacked right into me!!!! My poor baby...she is always getting smashed up. Now I am going to have to drive a lame ass Cavalier rental car like last time. Poor Jakx was tramatized yet again!! Lucky he had his seat belt on too!! And I was wondering what I'd have to write about?? Figures, huh??

What ever will I write about now???

I have come to the realization that the TV season is coming to an end and I am going to go through withdrawals...what ever will I write about?? Now I will have to think of clever other non TV things to write about. Sounds difficult, huh?? My evening was consumed with watching Grey's Anatomy and chatting on the phone.

In the world of TV~

Grey's Anatomy~was a definite tear jerker, but WAY good!! I heart Grey's Anatomy, it is one of my new fav shows for sure!!! Burke was shot and had to go through crazy ass hand surgery to see if they could save his hand and Kristina flipped out and couldn't handle supporting Burke... ya know being a normal girlfriend and all...but in the end she stepped up, phew becasue I like them together. Meredith and Dr. McDreamy ended up hooking up again and the last scene you see Meredith looking at McDreamy and the Vet guy trying to decide what she wanted to do, ya know she's gonna chose Dr. McDreamy...which can still be an issue since he's technically still married. Izzie continued to try and save Denny and he finally got the heart he needed. He proses to her and she says yes. She is coming back to his room when you he see him flatline... ahhh I was crying like a baby, Izzie gets Denny his new heart only to loose him a few hours later. I was seriously crying like a baby, I couldn't believe Denny didn't make it, I so wanted him and Izzie to be happy and live happily ever after. I am still in SHOCK!!!!!!!!!!!! Izzie then quits and walks out of the hospital and that is all we see. Rumor has it that they are going to move it to Thursdays next season which would blow if it is up against the OC becasue we can't have that!!! What to do???

Desperate Housewives (from Sunday)~DH does it again!! It was so good!!! Danielle frees Matthew and they run off together and she leaves Bree a note saying its all her fault. This sets Bree closer and closer to loosing it and finally she decides to admit herself to a psychiatric hospital...you see her signing herself in because as she states she is about to have a nervous breakdown. I feel so bad for Bree. Lynette follows Tom to Atlantic City because she suspects he is cheating. She follows him to a house and sees him following a woman upstairs with some wine and Lynette flips. When Tom comes home the house is empty...Lynette took the kids and peaced out. Paul wakes up in the middle of the night to find blood all over his house and the police arrive and arrest him because they find bloody fingers...then we see crazy Felicia who is fingerless and hiding out in some cabin in the midle of no where. Can't wait to see what happens next week!!

so the week starts again...

It's Monday & have I said lately that Mondays suck!!!! Although today hasn't been too bad in the office, its just the mear fact of having to be at work at all that gets me!!! My weekend was juicy, ok not really that juicy, it just sounds good, doesn't it??? Let's see Saturday Natsha and I ran errands and stuff, got a mani pedi, ya know the important things. Then Saturday night I met up with my friends B and Candice for dinner and drinks. Tonight I gotta get my booty to the gym... exciting huh???

TV was fab last night~

Today has been a long day for sure!!! Is the day over yet? My evening was not too exciting...I hit the gym and then watched Gilmore Girls, of course!!!

In the wonderful world of TV Finale's~

Gilmore Girls~was sooooooooo good I don't even know where to begin. Rori and Logan's dad have it out in the elevator about him sending Logan to London. Rori says she knows it's to take him away from her. Logan's dad states it is not and that it is merely a way to make Logan grow up. Then Rory throws a huge London themed going away party for Logan. Logan tells Rory to ask him to stay and she says she can't. He leaves and Rory is left crying in the door way. It was sooo sad that even I was crying. Lorelai ends up talking to a shirnk in the back of her car about her life and more importantly her and Luke. Inspired by the shrink she goes to Luke and ask him to elope with her...he says he needs more time...she says it's now or never and Luke can't say yes... Lorelai runs off and into the arms of Christopher and the last scence are them two in bed together. Ohhh, you know Luke is gonna find her the next day and say yes to marrying her and then watch she's gonna be knocked up with Christopher's child. I can't wait til fall to know what happens, it's gonna kill me!!!!!

8th & Ocean~ Kelly & Sabrina get into again when Kelly lands a Dillard's ad over Sabrina. Ohhh, is Sabrina pissed. They have a major cat fight in the car and I swear Kelly is evil for sure...yeah Sabrina isn't a saint, but that Kelly is a crazy biatch!!!! They do however do a Acuvue commercial together for which they get $12,500 for a days work and freak when they find out how much. Teddy & Britt are forced to act like crazed lovers for an audition and it is so awkward between them. Well duh? He totally asked Britt out and then hooked up with Heidi. But later they meet up and talk and Teddy informs Britt that he is no longer shagging Heidi and that he still likes her. Britt blushes and says he still has a shot. Teddy just wants Britt because she is the good girl virgin! Ohhh in the last scene you see someone new moving into the apartment and I just know it's Heidi...just to add more drama to the mix of course.

Is it Monday again?

My weekend was pretty good, can't complain!! Friday night Natasha and I hit up Chevy's for Cinco De Mayo...we had some fabulous margaritas and mexican food! It was a good time. Then Saturday we met up with Jenn for her birthday at Ma Jongs at The Park of some chinese food. Then we stayed and played at the infamous Park bar...it was definitely a fun place to hang on a Saturday night. The drinks were pricey, but other than that the crowd was good and it was entertaining to people watch. We had a good time!! Sunday was Debbie's baby shower and we all had a nice time. Now it's back to work we go.

Desperate Housewives aka DH~ohhh it was so delicious last night!~ I can't believe that Bree's son did the nasty with her sex addicted BF, crazy I say!! I was so not expecting that shit!! That son of hers is definitely a character. Bree's respnose was to drive him to no where land and drop his ass off...wow tough love I guess?? When Edie finds out that Susan was the one who slept with Karl, the shit hits the fan...Edie torches Susan's house...ouch payback is a Bitch!!! Betty finds out that Matthew egged Caleb into kissing Danille thus crazy psycho mom locks Matthew into the basement, this lady is one crazy biatch!!! What will become of the Applewhites?? Who knows?? Gabi convinces her maid to become her surrogate. Only two episodes left...what will we all do when sweeps month is over and re-runs start??

Karma strikes again

Finally, it's thursday...the week is almost over...this week has been the longest week ever!!!! I have no idea why?? So last night everything seemed to go wrong for me. My car started making a squeaking noise, that my dad assures me is just the brakes...oh just the brakes huh?? No biggie he says you can drive it until I can change the pads. What happens next?? I manage to drop my salad all over the floor...there went my dinner. Oh and my lame ass cell phone wasn't working again either, I was about to drop kick it into the wall...I just need to go and buy a new one but I was boycotting because my upgrade isn't available until next year, thus I have to pay full price!!! It's all a conspiracy to make you spend money. And to top it all off I think I over did it with my foot because it hurts today...ahhh. Things are all out of whack...karma is getting me for sure!!!!

Did anyone else hear about the "rare" 1890 Van Gogh painitng that sold for more than 40 million yesterday... 40 freakin million, are you kidding me? The painting was created during the time he cut off his ear. It was sold by a private collector who had bought it in the 80s. 40 million to spend on a painting, could you imagine?? Wow, can we say baller??

In the land of TV~

One Tree Hill~ohhh, what can I say I love those WB shows!!! It was the season finale and boy was it good. Peyton confessed her love for Lucas to Brooke... ohhh was Brooke one pissed chica since Lucas is her BF and all! Nathan & Haley renewed their vows...although the red dresses with the purple flowers didn't do it for me. Dan found out that Keith wasn't the one who tried to kill him it was Deb...ohhh so Dan killed Keith for nothing...how do you feel now Dan?? I don't like Dan, not sure anyone does. Then Haley & Nathan almost crash into Rachel and Coop who had stole the limo and were arguing in it. The limo goes over the bridge and Nathan jumps in after it. The last scene is Haley in her dress crying on the bridge because Nathan has disappeared. It's also revealed that someone is prego, but who?? Ohhh, not sure I can wait to see what happens. Yet another show to be addicted to.

In TV world~

Gilmore Girls~ fabulous last night, just fabulous!! The whole episode was quite entertaining. Emily & Lorelai bonded over Loreli being forced to drive Emily around when her Lasic eye surgery went bad...quite funny Emily wore these big black Jackie O glasses and made Lorelai drive her around in a enormous SUV. Hilarious, I say. But the kicker was Emily bought Luke and her a house, a beautiful huge house near Stars Hollow for them to live in. Too bad, her and Luke aren't doing well, so Emily's house didn't go over so well, Lorelai burst into tears. I love Emily and her drama, but this time was actually being sincere. Next week is the final episode... and it looks quite hot, can't wait!!!!!

Desperate Housewives~ was definitely jam packed with lots of drama. Gabrielle freaks when the birth mother comes back for Lily...oh it was so sad I even cried..felt bad for poor Gaby. Edie gets dumped by Karl, still not realizing it's Susan who is the other woman, and hires a PI to investigate...Susan is in for it for sure!!!

Denise decided to bare all and basically shit talk on camera to TMZ.com...I mean come on its not like they are credible or anything, what the heck was she thinking?? It's yet again a Monday. This day keeps coming around and it is never a fun day. Why? I don't know? My day has improved for sure...my bro and I had a lunch date and we hit the Olive Garden for soup & salad....ohhh it was yummie for sure. The waitress was whack with a capital W. Figures since I was out with my brother the chef and so basically don't F with someone who works in your industry, ya know?

My weekend was quite fab for sure. Just basically stayed oh local, ummm basically ran errands and stayed in and stuff. Sunday was full of some fun shopping...haven't been for a while so it was a treat for sure. Natasha and I hit the Galleria Mall and the Ann Taylor Loft before heading to one of those Cabi party things at Candice's. All and all it was yet another wonderful day of shopping...umm I heart shopping.

I have to report on the OC~It umm delicious...can I use that word...ok maybe more umm fabulously entertaining. Summer got smashed at prom, Marissa caught that Volchok guy making out with slut girl, Sandy and Kirsten, sad to say aren't doing good and Kirsten ends up breaking and takes a drink, Seth takes Anna as his date who by the way has the worst extensions I have ever seen, then Ryan busts some ass into Volchok...oh the drama is definitely heating up in the OC.

Sopranos~ way better for sure! AJ was causing some issues and making for some good TV. It's about time that little Soprano causes some drama, ya know? Tony couldn't cheat on Carmellia...has the man been reformed? Doubtful. Very intersted to see what happens in the Soprano world.

T.G.I.F.~yeah its almost the weekend. I am a little bummed not to be going out tonight...my poor foot just couldn't hang tonight...I need to be good and rest it for next weekend. Do you know what today is? Yes that's right today was the day I brought out my Chanel Sunglasses...ohhh they are so fabulous I don't know what to say? It's sunny and lovely today so why not, ya know? They were in retirement for the winter because I have this thing about losing them or scratching them...they are like my babies. But is it crazy that they give me such joy? Probably.

Is the week over yet?

It's official I totally busted my foot...I don't know what the heck I did but it hurts like a biatch. I am going to the Dr. tomorrow...annoying I say because I had really wanted to go out tomorrow night and now there is no way...especially if its a chore just to walk. So needless to say my day isn't going to well. Then my brother informs me that now he has moved onto wanting to buy this BMW and that just bugs me too because that is the car I want and he knows that so he just had to call and rub it in...whatever its a used one and when I get mine it will be a new one or perhaps a Range Rover...so there. I am proud of my Corolla and only a year and she's paid off~WooHoo! But yes I am still bitter, can you tell? I did get flowers because it was administrative professionals day yesterday...that was nice. Oh but then I went and got my car cleaned yesterday and today I have to go to Stockton...not very smart I might say. Sometimes I just don't think and other tmies I over analyze the shit out of everything. Go figure huh?

Date with Mike aka ask me out via a text message boy went ok...he was nice and cute...way obbsessed with weight and I am not skinny by any means, so that kinda got me. He made more than a few references to weight and calories or something...umm hello we met for cheesecake, his idea, go figure huh? Will there be a date two? Who knows he said he'd call, but don't they all? Once again that bitter mood coming out. Natasha has suggested I write a book about my online dating drama? It's a thought for sure!

My dear friends Natasha and Joe bought a house and I am way excited for them, that's a big deal!! Congrats kids!!

Real World~That Pam and her issues is driving me crazy...don't get me wrong you wanna feel bad but then at the same time it's getting old...I think it may have to do wtih the fact that her name is Pam...I don't know about them? My friend Lisa is gonna name her first child Pam...haha!

8th & Ocean~ohhh no she didn't! Kelley screwed her dear sis Sabrina over and didn't tell her about a casting...ohhh what a biatch huh? Vinci was his typical self and him and his big head said he might go else where for an agent, ohhh no he didn't! He deifintely has that hot model look though and he knows it!

Gilmore Girls~a day late I know but have to talk about it. Definitely entertaining as usual, I heart Gilmore Girls! Logan, dear hot Logan got injured base diving drunk and Rory ran to his side. Well, its Tuesday and I have nothing exciting to report. I am although wishing I was back in my bed sleeping the day away...oh how lovely does that sound? Why? Not sure? Just does. Sometimes I get in those modes that my I feel like all I need is more sleep, not normal I know. My brothers car got broken into yesterday...this is like the third time this has happened, a honda with a nice stero does it every time. I know he is peeved for sure and he's planning on getting a new ride...not sure its a good sign Casey. Last night I spent resting my injured foot, not sure what I did but it hurts like a biatch still. Tonight I am suppose to meet this guy Mike for coffee, but he texted me because he said I never called him, but see he said he'd call me, so I am a little perturbed by that and him not just calling me anyhow, but we'll see, more info to come.

the weekend...

So I kinda layed low this weekend...I did however get stuff done around my pad. Friday night I did venture out to Aqua, but the country thing is getting old and I wasn't as entertained or it could have been that I was quite exhausted, either way I bounced out early. So the rest of my weekend was consumed with walking the mut and catching up on TV, lame I know, but it was quite relaxing and nice.

So let me fill you in on the land of TV~

I kinda got myself hooked on watching re-runs of that Lisa Loeb show #1 Single, anyone ever caught it? Porbably not I don't think it did real well? But I actually am pretty entertained by it, Lisa is definitely made to be on camera...she has that kinda presence that you are intrigued by. Anyway, its a reality show basically about her life and her in the dating world. It's funny to watch her go through these random dates, I totally can relate, I guess?? Too bad the show flopped and I probably will never know if she finds the one or not? Bummer huh?

Sopranos was on last night...wasn't that entertained? Hope it gets better.

Big Love was actually more entertaining...it's one of those shows that you don't think you'll get hooked on, but you do...great another show to be addicted to.

Desperate Housewives was like a re-cap of the whole show, whatever lame...it wasn't worth watching.

A random thought for this Monday morning

Isn't it wierd that one event can change your life and the way you see things?? In the last week I feel like I have experienced a lot. Family secrets revealed, death, celebration of life and what we are so thankful to have, and just emotions, many emotions. I feel like I have grown up a lot more and to think I thought I had grown up enough, ya know? I have this friend of mine that I have known longer than most that decided to not call at all and this really shouldn't suprise me...but at the same time it does. How do you not have like five seconds to pick up the phone? I am just a little bitter. Whatever, you kinda realize who your true friends are when something like this happens. Nothing will ever be the same and everything has changed but you have to accept that and I think I have.

Happy Birthday to Jakx...my cute dog turns 6 today...42 in dog years...man he is an old man now. I feel bad because I wasn't able to get him a dog cake from the "barkery", but I told him I will and he of course gets presents.

Life throws a curve ball

Have you had the time in your life when you get thrown one of those curve balls that you are not ready for? No matter how much you think you are, you aren't? This week has been a long emotional week. My grandma passed away friday. Something that was very sad and hard. We spent yesterday celebrating her life and the wonderful woman she was. She was definitely one cool lady and she will be dearly missed by many. She lived a good life and had a great family she was proud of. We will miss her.

T.G.I.F. I am so ready for the weekend. I slept like crap last night so I am just excited to sleep in tomorrow. I had a really wierd dream about ghosts that totally woke me up, don't ask. Last night's Bunco with the ladies was quite entertaining as usual. Full of much gossip, a lot of wine, and good food. I always learn so much interesting info...never fails. Tonight I am going to dinner with a friend of mine, Kd and I have no idea where we'll end up. But looking forward to it. And I need to get my booty to the gym tomorrow, thats the plan. It's finally sunny!

So I haven't felt in the mood to write since Monday so I thought I'd get motivated today and write. It's such a beautiful day that I think it is quite unfair to expect us to work on a day like today. Why can't we all be out enjoying the nice sunny weather? I did take my mut to the park and he quite enjoyed it. This week hasn't been anything special and I am glad its almost over. Tonight is Bunco night and I am way excited to hang out with the ladies and drink us a lot of wine!!

In Jenny world~ I am still trying the internet dating thing and have had no such luck at all...whatever huh?? I am keeping postive though and I know he is out there somewhere. I am just waiting for him to come along. I know some people who have met great people this way, but not me not yet anyway. I am not asking for a lot here...just perhaps someone cute and normal to date, that's all!!

Gilmore Girls~way entertaining and I can't wait to see what happens with Rory and Logan. I heart hot Logan!!! But I am quite tired of the Luke daughter story line...its way played out.

8th & Ocean~I love me some MTV! Sabrina prevails as the hotter of the two twins and books a gig since her skin issues seem to have improved...and let me tell you Kelly was not too happy about this...I am starting to see that Kelly is definitely a bitach who can't handle Sabrina's success.

One Tree Hill~Let me say had me crying last night, I know I am a big dork!!! It was way good but I think I would understand more if I would catch up on the first seasons. Poor Lucas can't play basketball because of his heart thing. But I do have to say who gets married in High School?? Oh Nathan and Haylie do. That part just doen't seem realistic to me? Hmmm, gotta love the WB shows for sure!!!

And so the work week begins again...

Is the weekend over already? I had a pretty good weekend, didn't do anything to exciting. I did however get a lot of stuff done around my pad that I needed too...boring huh? I hate cleaning on my days off, but I came to the conclusion that if I don't it doesn't get done. I can't justify hiring someone to clean my little condo, so perhaps we need an extra day off to clean every week... what do you all think? Sounds nice to me. Friday night my firend B and I hit the Cheesecake Factory and boy was it worth the task of staking out a bar seat, it was so good!! But almost impossible to get in there on a Friday Night, the palce is always packed to the max, the wait time was 55-70 minutes when we got there, insane huh?? But a nice lady totally hooked us up with her table, thank you nice lady. Then we were attacked by everyone who wanted our table when we were close to finishing, we actually had a lady approach us before we were even done, can you believe that? She totally interrupted us and took claim on our table, ummm who actually would be so rude as to do this?? And then another guy swooped up as we were leaving and we didn't say anything because we thought he was with the rude lady, but he wasn't. Then we had to sneak out because we honestly thought the rude lady was going to beat us up. Needless to say at least we were lucky and got a table, screw the rude lady, she got what she deserved!

It's almost Friday again!

Today is a wonderful sunny day in good old Sac town. It makes me yearn for the spring weather already. It's also almost the end of the week...woohoo!! Tonight I am going to dinner with some of my friends and I way excited because we are going to Bandera and I love me some Bandera!!

WTF? Is all I have to say when I hear that Emimen is getting a divorce yet again from that lady Kim...umm hello if it didn't work out the first time what made them think mariage number two was gonna work?? It's like straight out of a soap opera for sure!

It's official Meredith Viera is replacing Katie Couric on the Today Show...I like Meredith so it should be interesting to see what unfolds.

The week is half over...

Is it still raining? Geeze this rain stuff is kinda getting old. But at least I was able to catch up on TV since I was avoiding the darn rain...I know I know but at least I admit to my addiction. Last night was a fab night for TV. Gilmore Girls was finally new, but I wasn't too entertained by it...Rory went back with Logan but not really??

I couldn't help but watch Blow Out...that reality thing of mine rears its ugly head. Jonathon was doing Fashion week and he had one of his infamous melt downs and started yelling at the paparazzi and being quite diva like. He was doing the hair for the Charles Nolan show with Bobbi Brown doing make-up and frankly I think I was way more impressed with Bobbi Brown being there than anything. Of course Jonathon couldn't go through one day without having a session with his therapist who seems quite scripted, whatever I guess??

8th & Ocean was ok, nothing to exciting with the models. The twins were having drama but when don't they?

It's offical Katie Couric is leaving the Today Show and moving onto bigger and better things the CBS evening news for like 20 million a year...sweet deal if I do say so myself!!

Is it Monday already?

Whatever is all I have to say about this losing an hour thing, I am so tired today!! And I also know it has something to do with the fact that it is Monday...my butt drags on Mondays! How was everyone's weekend? Mine was ok, got a lot of stuff done around my pad, that is until my dryer broke...ahhhh, will anything ever just go right?? Nope!!! Now I have wet clothes sitting at home and shit...ahhh can you tell I'm a little annoyed...just a little. I went to dinner with some of my girlfriends Saturday night and we decided to catch Basic Instinct 2, wasn't impressed or entertained at all, it was ok...definitely better to wait and rent it when it comes out on DVD.

Nothing really too exciting in celebtrity news today... except for Katie Couric's bouncing out and leaving the Today show in the dust, but we all knew that was coming.

In the wonderful world of TV~Sopranos was on last night and it was good, every episode is getting better and better!!! Oh and I got my friend Natasha hooked on "8th & Ocean"...WooHoo my job is done!!!

The weekend is almost upon us, woohoo!! This day feels like its going to drag on F.O.R.E.V.E.R. Its only like 11ish and I feel like it should be quitting time already. My morning started off by almost getting hit by this biatch in a kia SUV who decided she was going to switch lanes right into me, lucky I am pretty good at laying on my horn, so she got the message. My car is like a target for sure and that was the last thing I wanted to deal with today. I didn't watch TV last night because I was at a friends for some yummie homemade Mexican, ohhh my fav. So I have nothing really to report today, but One Tree Hill was new last night and tonight the OC is on...just in case you were wondering. I know I know it's these little things that entertain me.

"8th & Ocean"

I almost forgot to talk about my new fav reality show "8th & Ocean"...love it, love it, love it!!! MTV pulls through again for us reality TV show lovers! The shows follows models of the Irene Marie modeling agency which provides apartments for the models in the same complex on 8th & Ocean, of course. I'm addicted, it is so far quite entertaining to say the least. So far the drama has mainly centered about the hot boys, Teddy & Vinci, whom are heart breakers to say the least. There are a set of twins girls, Sabrina & Kelly who make for great reality TV for sure, always competing to see who is better, and of course one blonde twin is definitely hotter than the other one. Then there is the sexy Britt aka the virgin from Kansas. I know there will definitely be more about her, not only is she really really pretty, she's the new comer and you know the boys want to de-flower her for sure!! If you love reality TV and haven't tuned in, definitely check it out!

Hump day

Is the week over yet? Ahhh, this week has seemed so long. At least it is hump day and we can all look forward to it almost being Friday. I totally could have stayed in bed all day today, its one of those days. My dog Jakx is even tired. He had his friend over last night and they wore me out. Sammy is more like his partner in crime, aka Batman & Robin as I like to call them. Tonight I am heading to some friends for dinner, should be fun for sure. We haven't all hung in like forever.

Didn't anyone else get the memo that Jessica Simpson is exploring her options and may adopt. WTF? Ok, don't get me wrong I think adopting is one of the greatest things to do, but come on Jess, does she really think now is the time for her to pull an Angelina? I would just have to guess that maybe dealing with the divorce and stuff and just being a single lady would be enough for her, nope she may be adopting? Whatever floats her boat, I guess?

Whatever is what I say...

Some people just do not enjoy the TV like say someone like myself does. My friend, Natasha said that she was at work the other day talking about her addiction to Tivo and a guy basically informed her that she needed to get a hobby, excuse me? What is wrong with having an addiction to the TV? It's not like I am unproductive in my life and I spend all my time watching TV. Quite the opposite, I am usually quite a productive chica. I just enjoy watching it after I completed my tasks for the day. Ummm, don't get me wrong not everyone loves the TV, but I do and I don't think there is anything wrong with that and us reality show or any TV show junkies should be proud of our addiction!!! Whatever is what I say to those who don't approve of Tivo and all the joy it brings!!!!!

No more Gauntlet 2

I am so so disappointed in MTV...the Gauntlet 2 finale was on last night and it was whack! First off, Derrick went out like a bitch and lost the last male Gauntlet, WTF? Did he really loose to Timmy? I was so not expecting him to get his booty kicked. Derrick is crazy when it comes to competing, so I am not sure if he put is all into or what? But he came too close to go and get booted in the last Gauntlet, ya know? In the final challenge the Veterans bet all their "coins" on the eating thing and lost to the Rookies!! Julie, aka crazy mormon chic basically lost it for the team when she had issues keeping down the horrific shit they had to eat, still not sure what the heck it was? Then, they didn't even continue on because they had already lost it by betting everything on that one challenge, dumb asses! They thought they were so cool that they were betting it all and going to take the Rookies down. But the Rookies won! I think they deserved to win for sure!!

Now onto the entertaining part, the Reunion show that was on after. Oh, let me tell you...that Knia is one big time bitch for sure! She thinks she is the shit now or something because she won. She was polarizing Cara. Dude you could tell she has a great hatred for that girl. I personally think its just because Cara was in playboy and Kina is jeaulous! Kina was going off on her and Cara just kinda took it for the most part, whatever Cara I had more faith in you then that. Kina is just a big time Biatch!!! Beth lived up to her "Evil Beth" title and was definitely flapping her mouth about everyone. The whole fight scence with TJ Levin & Cyrus was classic. TJ was pissed and it definitely looked like they were going to fight then Timmy jumped in and broke that shit up. Even the host was in on the drama, classic MTV for sure!! I was definitely way more entertained by the Reunion show then the finale, but that is usually the case. Wonder whats up next on the wonderful world of MTV?

I'm back...

It's Monday again and I thought I'd actually write this week since I kinda didn't last week. I was a little bitter last week and not really in the mood, but today I feel it so here I am. My weekend was fab! Friday night I went out with some of my girlfriends and we hit the new steak house in town, Logan's. Then we hit the club Agua, where it was country night. I am really not too into country, but I get a really big kick out of watching everyone. The outfits are just crazy and some people are way into the country thing. It's quite entertaining to say the least. Then Saturday night I met up with a friend for mexican food, yummie as usual. We had a fab time catching up and chatting about everything. Sunday was consumed with a luncheon for my sorority, yeah I said it I was in a sorority and I'm proud! It was a good time to see everyone as usual! Us ladies love to get together for any reason!!

Well, in the TV world, Sopranos was on last night. Let me say that at least it wasn't traumatizing like last week. It was actually really really good and I can't wait to see what happens with Tony.

In the celebrity kingdom all I keep hearing is if Brittany is pregnant or not? Frankly I really don't care and neither should everyone else. If she wants to get knocked up again by that man again then that's her bad, ya know?

Today is a good day

Today is a good day for sure!! Can I say how excited I am that it is almost Friday? I am just so ready to play. Well, last night I had my first date with this guy, Tim and it went really really well. We had a fab time chatting it up. He seems like a really good guy. We are going out again Saturday, so I will definitely let you know how date #2 goes, hopefully as well as the first!!!!

George Clooney is causing controversy yet again. He is not a blogger!! He made Arianna Huffington, remember her, I'm sure we all do, remove some statements that she had on her blog that George had said in some answers to interviews. The main thing being removed was "George Clooney: I Am a Liberal. There, I Said It!". George states he did not give her permission to use his statements. Drama for sure!!!

Is it Friday yet?

Tuesday is upon us and I am already wishing it was Friday...not sure what my issue is? But anyways what's new in the celebrity world you may ask? Nothing too exciting.

Nicollette Sheridan & Michael Bolton are engaged...we knew that was coming. If I was them I would be saying why did we waste all these years dating others? These two were together back in the 90's and now they seem to have found each other again. What a story to tell the grandkids.

Jack Black and his girlfriend have eloped! Are you excited or what? Thought some of you might find it interesting, although I could really care less...harsh huh?

In TV land, the Gauntlet 2 proved quite entertaining yet again. Kina proved her insaneness yet again in the Gauntlet and she beat poor little Jillian and sent her home. Now the Rookies are quite peeved to have Ibis on their final team because she can't seem to step up when needed. The end challenge is right around the corner and it will be interesting to see who prevails. Will it be the Rookies or the Veterns??

Mondays do really suck!

So, it's Monday and back to work we go. Why is it that on Monday morning it is so hard for me to get my booty out of bed?? Mondays just suck!! My weekend was pretty good. I went to the bay area Saturday night for a friend's birthday. It was a yummy Italian Resturant in Danville. The food was fab, the wine was fab, and seeing the friends was fab! Then yesterday I did stuff around the house, picked up my mutt from my Mom's, and hit the gym nothing too exciting.

In the world of TV land~

The Soporanos was on last night and boy was it tramatizing! The long anticipated arrival of the last season of the Soporanos was definitely worth it!!! It was only the first episode and let me tell you it was something not to be missed. Tony was shot by Uncle Junior in the last few minutes... and you are just not sure if he is gonna make it or not. Tramatizing like I said...I was totally not expecting that and I am still shocked! What will come of Tony, the mobster that we all love to hate? I'm not sure if I can wait til next week??

The OC returned Thursday~WooHoo! It was good to see the kids of the OC again. But sad because Ryan and Marissa broke up. More to come about the wonderful kids of the OC!

Celebrity News

Dr. Travis Stork aka the Bachelor and the lady who he picked Miss Sarah have called it quits...I had high hopes for them...that's what happens when real life enters the picture, ya know?

Nick Lachey and Krisitin Cavallari (from Laguna Beach) are said to be dating. WTF? I mean she's hot and all, but he's hotter, well at least in my world!! Isn't she a little young for him??

Dennis Rodman and Tara Reid have been hangin out. Talk about one random ass couple. It's reported that she was spoted leaving his crib Wednesday morning. And that she was paying off some local resident whom she allegedly ran her car into, not him his car. In the pics she looks wasted, I guess our old party girl Tara is back...so much for the good girl imagine she had been trying to protray. But Dennis Rodman, come on Tara you can do better!

Project Runway

Project Runway finale was last night and boy was it fab!!! Chloe pulled it off and she won!!! I definitely knew after seeing each of the designers' designs that she would be the winner for sure! Her pieces were definitely the best out of the bunch!! Her collection was made up of glamourous gowns that just looked beautiful on the models! She knows how to dress a woman. Santio's collection was deemed too safe by the judges and it just didn't seem fitted to the models. I doubt we have seen the last of Santino. His Tim impressions were cracking me up once again, I was quite entertained! And the judges said Daniel V.'s, which was my pick for the winner, collection lacked a unity. But Michael Kors did offer him a job if he was ever looking, that was definitely cool of Michael and Daniel should be honored! I can't wait to watch the next season as I am fully addicted!!!

Oscar Highlights

It was so fun to watch the Oscars last night. I have a review a few of my fav highlights from the evening. Best Dressed~Reese Whiterspoon, I just thought she looked phenomenal in her dress! Worst Dressed~Charlize Theron, WTF was she thinking? That bow was hideous! I wasn't impressed at all with Michele Williams and her marigold chiffon...didn't do it for me. Felicity Huffman and her black low cut Zack Posen was quite a shock but she did look rockin'. All I can say is can I look like Jessica Alba? She was hot in her gold color, more like champange color Versace dress! I totally felt for Jennifer Garner and her trips walking out, at least she caught herself. I thought Reese's speech was bravo and she totally deserved to win. Oh and you can't forget about George Clooney and his win...he gave an awesome acceptance speech and I am so glad George won. Crash picked up the win and I kinda had a feeling it would prevail. Three 6 Mafia wining was just plain crazy, they were so stoked and definitely get my pick for most entertaining speech. And of course Jon Stewart was pretty entertaining as the host as well. Overall, the Oscars was fabulous to watch as always!! Next year I am going to have an Oscar party for the Oscars, sounds fun huh??

T.G.I.F.

Thank goodness it's Friday! I am so ready for the weekend. Actually, I just want to sleep in tomorrow, lame huh? But it gives me great joy to sleep in. Nothing too exciting planned though, suppose to go out tonight with some friends however the weather is insane and raining. So who knows? It's sometimes not fun to hit the town when it's wet outside. But needless to say I'm still down because I could use a night out!

Bring back the OC

I know I always talk about my fav TV shows...but really my fav TV show right now is the OC! Yeah, I said it. I compare my addiction to the OC around the same lines as my love for 90210 and Melrose Place. I can watch re-runs of them forever and ever. I probably have seen most all of the episodes like numerous times, but I still keep on watching them. It's lame I know, but I'm addicted and can't stop. The whole point of my ramble was to state that I am sick of the OC not being on for weeks at a time. How can you expect us to hang like that?? Geeze! Good news, it is on next week though, phew!

Wednesday night

Last night I had dinner with my friends Brenda and Colleen. We had a fab time chatting, more like gossiping over mexican food & margaritas. Of course Brenda had to bring up the fact that last time we hung out I ran into the screen door...funny huh? Yeah they thought so...I'm glad I can entertain all! That's right I ran smack into it as I thought it was open. So I had some wine in me, so what?

I did have time to catch One Tree Hill when I got home and let me say I am so tramatized. I am still quite new to the show and don't know all the stuff that happened in the first seasons so bear with me. Basically a student decided to take his own life after holding up hostages and the school for hours. If that wasn't enough, Keith went into talk to him but couldn't save the kid before he shot himself. But here's the kicker Dan comes in and then shoots Keith...making it look like the suicider did it. Is poor Keith dead? We don't know. I am still tramatized and need to rent the first seasons to fully understand this. All I can say is One Tree Hill is definitely another entertaining show from the WB.

nothing to worry about...

Yesterday was my visit with the hemotologist Dr. and it went good! He said there was really no reason for me to worry about my enlarged spleen, thank goodness, I don't need any other health issues, ya know?? He said that I shouldn't freak out by being at the cancer center, how could I not? I had to go to the cancer center for this visit and it was not fun for sure! I hope to never be there again. But for now my enlarged spleen is nothing to worry about, woohoo!!

Bad Logan!!

Girlmore Girls does it again! Last night was so good! But, poor Rory! I can't believe that her and Logan broke up. It was so sad because I love Logan and all of his hotness! Rory found out that Logan hooked up with a six pack of blondes while they were "technically" on a break. Needless to say that Rory was crushed and she is moving out and back in with crazy Paris. It's a sad sad day. Me liked Logan!! I am excited though because One Tree Hill is on tonight...it's my new favorite show...I know I know the last thing I need is to be addicted to yet another TV show, but what can I do it's in my blood?

No more evil Beth!

I almost totally forgot to mention the demise of my friend Beth on the Gauntlet 2. Evil Beth went down like a pussy and she totally didn't even compete against Aneesa, she just quit!! TJ Levin was oh so pissed because he is peeved that people have just been quitting and not even competing in the Gauntlet. Whatever Beth I had faith in your evil self and you let me down. Aneesa went crazy and was suppose to beach brawl Beth, but evil Beth was scared of insane Aneesa and gave up. I wanted Beth to stay because she was hated by all so much that it made for fabulous TV. Her team even sent her a message basically saying they were glad the wicked witch was gone, horrible for Beth yet funny at the same time. No more evil Beth!!!!

Dating Sucks!!!

Why is it so hard to find a man? It's not like I am asking for a lot. Am I? I have been trying this whole internet dating thing and it really hasn't produced anything exciting for me. So far I have met one gentleman who I actually physically met with and well he really just wasn't for me. And no it wasn't because I had to pay for dinner...he was a nice guy and all just not for me. It's not like I am being over picky or anything. The guys on these websites are quite interesting and it seems the ones who are interested in me are like 40 year old bald guys. I am not talking shit or anything but I am a 26 year old decent looking chic so you'd think I could find someone more my own age and stuff. I have some friends who met a man like the first week they joined these dating internet things, but no not me. I know I know I am being a little bitter, but it sucks to be in the dating pool with no potential dates. I am still young enough so I know there is still plenty of time for me to meet the one, but for right now I was just hoping to meet someone interesting enough to date, ya know? It's not like I am asking for the world or anything.

The Dr. has spoken

What can I say? I should know better by now that the Bachelor is always editted to make you think he's going to pick a certain girl...Moana...so my money was on her to win Dr. Travis. Boy was I wrong. He picked Sarah. It's all about the editting. My fav Bachelor has picked his woman! I'm kinda sad it's over because Dr. Travis was so hot to watch. Poor Moana looked like she was having a break down in the limo after she was crushed that he didn't pick her. You know that there is always a therapist waiting to talk to the loser...I think they sneak in the limo and are waiting when they return. The therapist is suppose to make you feel better but you know they are there to make sure we get good TV. And it was good...I couldn't help it and I had to stay up and watch. But in the end I really did feel for Moana, although I was really really sick of seeing her cry all the time!! I mean come on she couldn't even tell Travis' parents why she liked him. She just started crying again and was like I can't articulate into words how I feel. Come on sister!! She was in a contest to win the man and let it go in the 9th inning. There is no crying in baseball. Anyways the Dr. has spoken and he chose his woman!!

Mondays Suck!

What can I say except Mondays suck!! Why is it that no matter what when Monday comes around I am so not ready for it to be here. I so long for my fabulous weekends that by the time they are over, it's just so sad. My weekend was not too exciting, no hot dates or anything to write about, so sad huh?? I didn't even really do anything exciting...I'm so boring I know. Drew Lachey won Dancing with the Stars though, woohoo for him! I totally think he deserved to win!! Tonight is the finale of the Bachelor and I am so stoked to watch, except I hate these two hours things, what's the point? The first hour is usually pointless anyway...thank goodness for Tivo (my new BF for the time being). Well, at least the olympics are over and we can return to the fabulous world of normal TV again, not re-run city!!!

Reunion Shows Rock!

Ok, did anyone catch the reunion shows of the Bachelor and Project Runway? The Bachelor Reunion show was fun and exciting for all as it always is!! Jenny the crazy girl who got booted during the camping date was one bitter bunny! She was going off on everyone, I mean everyone!! Chris Harrison was even like why are you so worked up, duh she is pissed she didn't win Dr. Travis! She was slaming Susan and everyone even piped in...I even felt bad for poor Susan. Although I am sure she really was not in it for the right reasons! But my biggest surprise was everyone kinda changed their minds on the Moana thing and said that they liked her now. Hmmm, were the ladies feeling bad for being protrayed like the bitches they were acting like, I think so!

I just love love Project Runway!! Why I didn't watch sooner I have no idea? Gotta love the drama! Tim was there and full of questions, me likes Tim! Tim is the big hancho at Parson's Fashion School and he is the one who is in charge of the crazy designers! Let me tell you the bit where they were showing all of Santino's impressions of Tim was Classic!!! Santino cracks my shit up!! He basically got called out for all his shit talking and he didn't even feel bad about it! You go, if you are going to shit talk on national TV then you need to back your shit up and he did!! And I wouldn't doubt he may win, although my money is still on Daniel V. And Guadalupe WTF is all I have to say! She was like making no sense...what the heck was she on?? No one knew what to do? She was asked a question and she went off and said nothing that made any sense...she had to be on something!! It was TV entertainment at it's best! Can't wait for the finale!!!

Paris drama again!!

There's yet again more drama with our famous socialite Paris Hilton. When isn't there drama going on with Paris?? Now the drama is between her and Mischa Barton. What the heck is up with drama with the celebs and Paris? Mischa has called Paris a boyfriend stealer...ohh that hurts! And that Paris is just jealuous of anyone who is as successful as her. The fued was said to have started when Mischa started dating Cisco Alder, the ex of Kimberly Stewart and Paris' BFF! Now Paris is firing back by stating that she doesn't know Mischa and that she is just trying to stir up shit! Either way you can't deny how successful Paris is, she makes bucks just for being Paris!! Drama for sure!!!

More issues

My life as you all know has been quite interesting lately. My new issue is that I have an enlarged spleen. What? You may ask... yes an enlarged spleen. I know I know WTF? Yeah, I thought the same thing. So now I have to go see a specialist next week to determine what the heck is causing my damn enlarged spleen. Do you watch Desperate Housewives? Susan has a wondering spleen and that kinda makes me feel better. Why? I have no idea why it would make me feel better that my TV friend has spleen issues too. But it does. Speaking of did anyone catch Sundays nights epsisode? It was fabulous!!! Bree was passed out on the lawn from her boozing. It was quite entertainning to say the least!~! Yet another show that I just love, I know I know I enjoy TV a little too much!! Oh, and more to come about my spleen issue!!

Updates...

So now that I just went off on a major tangent about my day yesterday...I really just needed to vent so hopes you all weren't bored with my last post. Anyways I have to give updates on all the important TV shows of mine!

So Dr. Travis Stork aka Mr. Bachelor has narrowed his picks down to two...Moana the eccentric one loathed by all the other ladies and Sarah the wholesome all american teacher type. Next week is D Day. Will he pick Sarah or Moana? My money is on Moana. But what do I know? It all about the editing!

Gilmore Girls was not on last night, it was a sad day...but more excitment to come with my fav ladies I'm sure!

Project Runway has three finalists who all get to go to Fashion Week, Chloe, Daniel V, & Santino (of course). I am so stoked to see it tonight, my pick has been Daniel V and I stick by my boy. But never under estimate Chloe or Santino. Well Chloe kinda freaked last week and said she wasn't sure she still wanted it. So??? And Santino well he is just crazy and does what he wants so he could win just because he has made it this far for some reason? Ya know?

Gauntlet 2 was ok nothing to write home about. Ummm, can't even think of the dude who got the boot, some kid from the veterans got his booty beat by Alton, that's odd? That man is a machine!!

My wild Tuesday!

Yesterday there must have been something random going on with the stars or something? Was Venus in retrogradge or what? My day at work was ok nothing crazy or anything...it was after work when the madness started. First off my cousin informs me that this dude that she's been dating for not that long well wait wait let me back up. She is in the airforce and she has just been stationed in Las Vegas finally after being in Delaware for almost 4 years. Well she started dating this guy when she got back from her deployment in August but then she moves to Las Vegas in like October. So basically they have been doing the long distance thing. He visited on New Years and at that time she informed me that this was the decision moment...are they going to proceed on with their relationship or call it quits becasue of the distance thing. Well as of now she called me to inform me that he is the one!!!! Yep and they are going to buy a house together, well he's gonig to buy it and they are going to both pay the mortgage!! WHAT! I yell at her, you just randomly go oh yeah by the way we are buying a house...you can't just say that. And here's the kicker she's going to go reserve and move to ohio to live with him. OHIO, you heard me right. She knew I was going to be all realistic on her and tell what the reality is. Like yeah don't get me wrong there is nothing wrong with this whole picture except I don't think she really really thinks he's the one...my cousin has been known to think all of her last BF's were the one! So you have to feel me when I have to at least tell her what my thuoghts are which I did but I ended with you know if this is what you really want and you love him, then hey you heard my words of wisdom and I have said my peace.

Then I hear from this guy last night like at 1:35am that I used to date back in the day, he text messages me with Help...911. WTF I think. So he had randomly decided to call out of the blue a few days ago because why I don't know? He said he wanted to hang, what? I have not talked to him in months or seen him since like forever ago. And I really have no desire to go out with him, I don't mind being his friend but that's all. So back to the story. So by this time he has woken me up and so I text him back because I felt compelled with the 911 text to respond. Well he writes he and his friend were just in an accident and his friend is going to jail for a DUI. What? I mean don't get me wrong I feel bad for him and I am glad no one was hurt. But why the hell was he texting me about it??? I am not his girlfriend or anything to him at this moment. Then he goes I am walking home...what? Did he think I was going to offer to pick him up? I responded with call a cab...I know it sounds bitchy and all but I still have no freakin idea why he would text message someone in the middle of the night and say that...especially someone who you haven't spoken to in months?? Well shit now it's like I am the bitch if I don't call and see how he is doing. This random shit only happens to me. Why me?

myspace or bust!

Sorry kids I have totally been neglecting updating this...lack of my fabulous thoughts...I guess? But because Lisa so loves to read my fabulous random thoughts I decided to write today! First off I can't not write about this obsession that everyone has now with this myspace thing. It's like this whole universe of madness. Ok, so to be frank I have a like fake account so I can surf through the myspace junkies...but that's all. I find myspace to be very very interesting. I'm sure for those who use it they love it, actually I know they love it because it's like insane how often people are on there and messaging others and stuff. For people like me and many others who don't really have a profile it's a way to know everything or anything you want about someone. Why you may ask would it even entertain me to do this? But like I said it becomes like a wired addiction. Getting the 411 on someone is always fun and when they put it out there for anyone to read then that's their bad. Power to the myspace junkies fake or real!! Because as wired as it sounds it still entertains me!

The awkward moment that killed the mood!

I've been so busy writing about important things like TV and other blogs that I almost forgot to talk about my crazy weekend. Friday night turned out to be a very very intersting dinner date for me. I was out to dinner on my second date with this gentlemen and it seemed to be going ok when he proceeds to look at the bill when we receive it. I don't say anything because this is a test and actually I am still finishing my wine. Mind you, I was more than ready to pay my half. When he blurts out like 5 minutes later in the middle of something else we were talking about, how do you want to handle the bill? Excuse me?? I almost choke on my wine. He totally did not pass the test. WHO ACTUALLY ASKS THAT? I totally understand going dutch and all, but couldn't he have waited til we were finished? Then I would have gotten my card and it wouldn't have been this awkward thing!! Because now it was this big thing!! So I proceed to get my card out and he says oh let me give you cash...umm the point of me getting my card out was to pay my half...not his. So I say no its ok expecting him to still hand me cash and he goes oh well thanks and I'll get dinner next time. THANKS, he says? Hmm, not sure he scored good on the test? How did this go from a way awkward question to me buying dinner?? Why me??? Don't get me wrong there is nothing wrong with the girl paying for dinner, but he had asked me out so I was expecting it to be dutch or him buying, stupid me I guess? To top it all off the date had been going really well before the awkwardness killed the mood!

Drama between the bloggers

There is major drama going on between two of my beloved blogs. Perez Hilton is just a little peeved that Trent from Pink is the New Blog got invited to the Playboy superbowl party and he didn't. Perez was stuck instead gonig to the Maximum party, poor Perez. Perez has been bad mouthing the PR group who hosted the bash, Harrison & Shriftman. Perez talked shit on his website that "The Maxim party overflowed with celebs and VIPs who decided not to go to the Playboy party, which was very far away, at the airport". Basically the shit hit the fan from there...read the emails between Perez and Jose Martinez of Harrison & Shriftman from Gawker. I kinda put the pieces together when Perez states "…You may choose not to invite me and invite a blogger who gets 1/3 of the traffic I do, and I can choose to write whatever I play." But keep reading it gets better, Perez goes off and even CC's all his friends at all the magazines. It's always fun for me to hear the drama between my beloved bloggers!!!

Dr. Travis narrows it down to three...

Last night I was a big dork and stayed up to watch the 2 hour Bachelor. Ok, so I won't like go into too much, but last night was the home town dates with the four ladies. Sarah S from Tennessee, Sarah B from Canada, Moana from LA, and Susan from Kansas. Well, my money had been on youngin cutie Sarah B from Cananda...that is until she lost!! Ummm, the poor girl acted so immature and went off to Dr. Travis about the infamous Moana. Hello duh ladies it is never good to bad mouth one of the other ladies in front of the Dr. Travis. And it gets better, the sister still lived at home with Mom and Travis hadn't known this...umm hello BIG RED FLAG for sure! At the end of their date they were actually making out on her bed in her room and it had like one of those like canopy nets hanging around it. As they proceeded to make out she was holding her teddy bear. Hell yeah she deserved to get the boot because making out with her at Mom's with her teddy bear is so like NOT OK TRAVIS! Now I don't think the other Sarah is going to make it...I think the final two will be Susan and Moana. But what do I know I predicted Sarah B was going to make it to the end. Ok, so I can't not give you my thoughts on the other three ladies. Sarah B is like cute and nice but they seem to just be friends. Susan is definitely the gorgeous one, but I think she out for the fame, not the guy. And last but not least Moana...the hated one by all, she is pretty and seems to rock the boat for Travis for sure. Who will win Dr. Travis? Only time will tell. So I totally did go off more than I thought, maybe I should really seek help for my addiction!

Gauntlet 2 entertains again!!

Did you catch the Gauntlet 2 last night? Poor Evil Beth's BFF Syrus got the boot last night. The funny thing is that Syrus was the one who lost the mission for the Veterans and he didn't even volunteer to go the Gauntlet...he was voted to go in by his team...does that surprise you Syrus?? Hello, you lost the mission!!! He got his booty kicked by mad man Derrick, who seems to be unbeatable. Everyone for sure thought Syrus was going to win in the beach brawl, which was basically the two of them wrestling. Nope, little Derrick beat big Syrus. Poor Evil Beth lost her only friend. Oh and we can't forget Jodi hooking up with yet another boy, this time the chosen one was Alton. Oh Jodi things just don't look good for you...the after show even shows her conforting Blair (the host) about their hook-up. Hello? Who haven't you hooked up with Jodi? What about the after show where Danny just rips on Jodi. He basically is still bitter about their fight and he goes off about her. The word slut was spoken so many times I lost count. These after shows are turning out to be quite entertaining!!

Reality TV Rocks part 2!!!!

Well since I have already went off on this tangent about my love for TV and more importantly reality TV...I have to talk about Monday nights Bachelor...can't believe I didn't talk about it earlier?? First off, may I say that Dr. Travis is one hot guy!!! He could be my doctor anytime!!! Anyways, did you catch that great rose ceremony? The crazy redhead wino Tara decided to go off with a bang when she wasn't given a rose. First she was dumb founded when she wasn't picked and she basically gasped. She then proceeded to inform the Dr. in a not so secret whisper as we all know that ABC will subtitle that shit...that there are people left or more importoantly one lady left who is fooling with him. Hmmm, who could that be? The much hated Moana? All the ladies hate her? Why? Well, its oblivious that Travis likes her and she is hogging all the alone time. Isn't that the point ladies?? And they keep saying that she is just wrong and we all know that if the situation was reversed they would all do the same. Only time will tell, but it is definitely between Moana and the sweet youngin from Canada, Sarah B. There is just something about Sarah B. that Travis is just captivated by. I wouldn't doubt it if she takes the whole thing.

I cannot not talk about the fabulous episode of Project Runway last night...once again my boy Daniel V won...woohoo!! He is the youngest of the bunch and a recent fashion school grad who designs some fierce stuff! He designed an awesome outfit out of flowers and leafs and his kicked ass for sure!!! Poor Andrae got the boot. But I kinda knew he wouldn't hang til the end. The kids that are left are all just so talented in their own ways, so it will be interesting to see where it goes. My money is definitely on Daniel V, but crazy Santino is still around, so who knows??

I think I may have to admitt that I am addicted to TV a little too much?? I may need to seek help...

Love those Gilmore Girls

Since I am on this thing where I am disclosing my love of TV this week...I just have to say that Gilmore Girls was FABULOUS last night!!! Gotta love those chicas!! The key question being what is Rory's secret?? Any ideas?? Hmmm??

Reality TV Rocks!!

Ok so I am admitting it now...my other weakness is reality TV. My new favorite is Project Runway. I am not too sure who I am voting for to win yet?? But what I do know is I like Daniel V and Chloe...they both always seem to do fabulous designs!! Oh and we cannot forget about the drama king of them all, Santino, he does make for good reality TV though! His designs are totally out there and some love them and some hate them! Let's not forget to say that Heidi Klum is the host and she was pregnant during the shooting and damn does she look good pregnant. Wow, can I look like that when I'm pregnant or better yet can I look that hot anytime?? It's getting good as it gets closer to the end and it aires tomorrow night, so woohoo!!!

I totally have to give a shout out to Beth from the Gauntlet 2 on MTV. She is kicking ass and pissing everyone off at the same time. She is so evil and I love it!!! She keeps kicking ass in the Gauntlet at the reverse tug o war because as the other cast members are so not sublte to announce that she has 20 pounds on all the ladies. How horrible for evil Beth?? First she beats beloved Ruthie and now she has taken down mouthy Montana. Now we are back to everyone kissing her ass and talkin' shit behind her back because no one wants to piss off evil captain Beth. Will she continue to be the captain and piss everyone off? Only time will tell?? But it does make for some entertaining TV... as MTV never lets us down...

An awkward encounter

This past weekend I'd have to say didn't really contain anything excitng for me. Most of the time I was on the couch as I wasn't feeling well...don't you hate that when you get sick on the weekend? I was however excited to get caught up on my 90210 re-runs...yes I am a big dork! Sunday rolls around and I decide to do a little grocery shopping and long behold I run into a friend of mine and it was definitely one of those awkward moments. First, let me just say that I haven't seen her since we last went out for dinner and drinks a few months back. However, soon after that things got kinda shady between us when she decided to bail on a weekend trip at the last minute...and the understanding was that anyone who bailed would still be liable for money for the room. Well, let's just say it was like this huge ordeal to get her money. So of course there is gonna be some awkwardness as I was the one who had to get the money from her. She basically didn't send the money so I had to contact her a few weeks later asking for it. And at that time she tried to make me feel bad and say she wasn't trying to not pay me that she had simply been waiting on checks, yeah sure like I believe that. I was not in the mood to run into her and I also wasn't feeling too hot, so that didn't help things. We basically made fake small talk and then went on our way. I do have to admit that we were at one time really good friends, so for something like this to happen just kinda sucks, ya know? It's kinda like how when something like this happens you see the person in whole different light and the whole thing was just one big awkward encounter...

Totally Addicted!!

So I am totally and fully addicted to these damn celebrity blogs. Oh, how I wish I could write about what the celebrities are doing or better yet hang out with like Perez Hilton. I have to admit that my morning consists of turning on my computer and reading his new posts of the day. And my other new fav blog is Pink is the new Blog. Which is much the same as Perez's but he talks about the popular TV shows, my other favorite thing to do. Why, you may wonder am I addicted? Well I am a big dork who gets pleasure out of reading about the celebs. Brittany or whomever is the topic of the day. It kinda makes me uninspired to write about my own random thoughts as I wish I could be writing about the celebs too. I know I know it sounds lame but maybe one day? I guess you can't live in Sac Town and report on that kind of stuff, ya know??

Oprah gets down & dirty with James Fry

Anyone else catch the Oprah show yesterday? Oprah freakin let James Fry have it like there was no tomorrow. She says she truly felt duped by him. She said she deeply regretted phoning into Larry King in support of James Fry. And she basically went "off" on him and made him endure her rath for the whole hour...I actually kinda felt bad for the poor lad. Ok, I totally understand the fact that eveyone is so upset that there were parts of his book that he embellished. But Oprah definitely got her pay back...she reamed the publisher and made her point known. All she wanted to do was prove that James Fry had lied in his book to which he actually admitted, so it wasn't like he was trying to avoid it or anything. He totally did not have to go on Oprah at all again, but he did. Are you surprised that parts of the story were embellished? Because I'm sure as hell not. But why is this the top story right now? Does this change how you feel about the book or how much it helped people, NO!!!!! I still think it is one of the best books I've read. Do I think that maybe it shouldn't have been called a memoir, sure but we should get over it! Doubleday is now publishing a author's note stating that yes in deed parts of the story were changed. Does this make everyone happy? Probably not. But the funny thing about the whole show was that people kept praising Oprah for taking a stand and admitting she was wrong. That is just so entertanining for me. Once again Oprah has managed to come out on top even when she makes a huge mistake. I love Oprah so don't get me wrong or anything...I just feel like the whole situation was blown way out of proportion...I mean come on isn't there better things for the whole world to be focused on???

New Years Resolutions

What's your New Years Resolution? Mine is to hit the gym more. Every year at this time we are all trying our best to fulfill our resolutions. And it seems to go smoothly at first, but by like march they always seem to be thrown out the window? Why is this? Do we set resolutions that are unattainable or do we simply just give up? It's always the thing to talk about around the New Year so you'd think we'd put more effort into actually accomplishing them. Should we strive for something that is easily accomplished or should we go big? I guess if we had the answer then we wouldn't keep making these resolutions that we don't keep.

A New Year

It's a new year and so I thought I'd try and start off by actually updating my blog for a change. It's been two months since I last wrote...sad isn't it? So far 2006 has been good, nothing too exciting to write home about but nothing bad either. And at this point in my life that's just fine with me. 2005 was a drama filled year it seemed, at least with crazy family stuff. So I'm happy to start fresh in a sense. I can't not talk about the main thing that I've noticed this year and that is the increased number of people at the gym. It always happens this time of year and all I keep thinking about is that 24 hour fitness commercial. Have you seen it? The one that shows different people working out with t-shirts on that have sayings like: "need to lose holiday pounds", "to prove the 40 is the new 30", or "trying to make ex jeaulous". But it is always entertaining for the people watching factor as you can totally pick out the newbees. And I wonder what their t-shirt would read? Something like "Ate too much apple". Ok, lately I seem to notice the random shops popping up around me...and I live in a nice area and all but it makes me wonder when the name of the store is "Gold Time Jewelry and Gold Teeth". Ummm, is there a huge demand for gold teeth? I didn't think it was cool anymore, but what do I know? I am not even sure it was ever cool? Oh and the "Dub Shack" well that one didn't survive, but it specialized in urban wear? What the heck? I just cannot phantom buying clothes from the Dub Shack. Things that make you go hmm?

Hair Shock!!

I am totally and completely going through hair shock. I made an executive decision to cut my hair off last week and let me tell you I am still not sure about my executive decision... I only cut like 3 inches off, but it feels like way more!!! I totally want my long hair back and why I am not sure? I was totally irritated with my long hair and was just wearing it up all the time because I was too lazy to style it, it took way too long. But now with my shorter hair I am not happy, quite the opposite. And I have never been a long hair girl or anything. It may be that I just don't like they way I had her cut it, who knows? And it's totally not Kelley's (hair stylist) fault... I can't pass the blame, although I wish I could. This is all me. And I love my hair and always have, but right now, not so much. But still I am not happy with my executive decision and I guess I should have thought more before making it??

Life after the OC

My trip was quite fun!! I totally needed to retreat out of wonderful ole Sac Town!! But its sad not to be in the wonderful OC anymore! But as usual it rained there...it always rains everytime I visit...its kind of a joke now. I mean it was like 90 degrees all week and then I get there and they have a severe storm with hail and everything. But needless to say it didn't matter I still had a fab time!! My friend and I shopped like it was going out of season. It was fabulous...I love to shop! I spent a little too much but what the hell. We even drove around Laguna Beach and Tammy showed me all the hang outs from the show...I know I know I hate to admit it, but I am quite addicted to Laguna Beach...the real OC. Of course I am still a lover of the "OC" too, they are both my favorites! But I felt like such a dork getting excited over seeing where my friends from Laguna Beach hang out. Anyhow, enough with my TV obession. But overall my trip was fab. We slept in and were lazy til afternoon and we even got facials...ohhh I love facials!! And of course we ate terrific food too, my second fav thing to shopping, eating! I am quite easily entertained, can you tell? Anyways, life after the OC continues...

Off to the OC...

I just read my horoscope and it says: "Travel beckons, but take care. If you take off early on your weekend trip, there will be repercussions". This is totally not what you want to read as you are getting ready to leave early...and tonight I fly out to LA or rather the OC, sounds cooler, to visit a friend. But whatever....WooHoo, I'm still excited to get the heck out of dodge!!! Just hoping the horoscope isn't right...

I take it back...I wish for boring again

Things have been quite insane for me lately. My family has spun of out control or rather my biological fathers family has spun out of control. I'm to a point where nothing can surprise me. And lucky me I am stuck in the middle. So, I'd love to go back to when my life was quite boring. Things always seem to happen without any warning and thats what happened for sure!!! And I guess all I can say is everything happens for a reason, right??

My life has been quite boring lately

I seriuosly have felt a lack of interesting things to write about and that has a lot to do with my life being quite boring lately. But, lately I have to say I've been seeing the strangest people at the gym. Usually it is what they are wearing. Let me tell you. There was the guy who was wearing full on work clothes, white collar shirt and black slacks. What the heck? Had he forgotten his gym clothes and just thought hmmm I'll just wear what I'm already wearing? Or did he think he would sweat more? Doubtful, I think. Then there was the guy working out in flip flops, yes he was lifting, but still?? Who wears flip flops to the gym. Then, don't even get me started on the guy wearing ski boots. Ok, beofre I continue on, I must say the guy was quite nice, he told me I could use the machines he was using because he was going back and forth, so basically I am horrible person for talking crap about the strangely dressed nice guy! Ok, but anyhow I'm over it, he was wearing a black La Gear t-shirt tucked into his black sweat pants which were finished with black ski boots. And to top it off he was wearing some kind of belt that represented a cops belt that holds the gun and stuff. What the heck I thought? And this was not the first time I've seen him and yes he had worn the same thing last time. Does he realize that he kinda stands out?? Does he think it attracts the ladies or what?? Doubtful, I think. And then there's the lady who has perfectly styled hair everytime I see her. Her hair style is like hairsprayed like no other, I guess? And the style is a little outdated but heck she manages to wear it with pride! But geeze you'd think after she'd been working out that it would look sweaty or messed up alittle, nope it never moves!! What's her secret I wonder??

Katrina...

I felt weird writing today and not mentioning the hurricane Katrina. When you think mother nature can't do anything worse, she throws a curve ball at us. My thoughts and prayers are with the people of New Orleans as they deal with this horrific incident. I am thankful that I live here in Cali and don't have to deal with disasters such as this. May those affected by Katrina be strong as they deal with this!

Bridezilla

I have to totally vent about my weekend with my friend who somehow turned into a bridezilla on her own account. And believe it or not, this had nothing to do with the wedding itself, it was the Bachelorette party!! Mind you, I whom, lucky me, was chosen as the "Maid of Honor" had to plan the whole weeeknd. And if I do say so myself, it was planned beautifully, that is until the bride went bridezilla on us. We had a wonderful Saturday night in Tahoe planned. So, let me tell you, the night started and we pre-partied and opened lingerie that everyone had given her. Things were going fab!! And we even had a stripper to liven up the party. Which he did, well except for the duds who hid in the corner. Thats a story for another time. Then we headed to Cabo Wabo for dinner and then onto club altitude in Harrah's. Well, thats when our bride decided to become bridezilla. She decided that she wanted to gamble and not go into the club. What? Was my initial thought?? There will be plenty of time to gamble after, afterall it's Tahoe. Nope, she started acting wierd and for some reason did not want to hit the club. Well, we should have just stayed in line and hit the club weather she wanted to or not... but we were kind of in shock that she had decided she didn't want to do Altitude. Whatever, she was the last person to do this, well at least I thought? And from there the party went downhill, we all sobbered fast and then no one wanted to get back in line for the club. She had soured the party with her bridezilla self and that was that!!! And yet still I have no idea why she freaked on us??

Why is it that everytime I turn around someone is asking me if I have a boyfriend? First and foremost if I did have a boyfriend don't you think I would be the first one to announce it to the world? Hell, I would make sure everyone and their mom's knew. And I don't know about you, but when I meet someone or am talking to them I don't think does this person have a significant other? Unless of course that boy is hot and hasn't a ring on his finger. And more importantly I would not just blurt out hey do you have a boyfriend/girlfriend? I happened to be at the dentist a few weeks back and the hygentist was talking to me about weddings, a fav topic of all lately, and she stops and is like of do you have a boyfriend? And I answered no...then it comes the typical answer I get always, oh but its soooo fun to be single. Ok, I do not need a pitty party from this random girl at the dentist as she's cleaning my teeth. You know they are just saying that because what else do you say when someone responds yeah I'm single. But PLEASE people don't play the freakin card that its cool to be single, that is the last thing you want to hear from a married person. And I personally think there is nothing wrong with being single! Well, except for having to answer the infamous question with a "no" everytime and then having to hear this person exclaim that its so cool to be single. When we all know if they thought it was so cool to be single they still would be! Please people that is the last thing I want to hear! Just simply don't ask and I promise the second the status changes I will send out a bulletin!!
