Did I say how much I hate hotels?

Ok, so I have to talk about my drama with dealing with the Mark Hopkins Hotel in SF. May, I say that this is a very nice hotel in the Nob Hill area in SF... yet I have never had as much drama then I had dealing with them. I booked rooms through the website for my roomate Natasha's Bachelorette party and boy was that a big mistake!!! I thought by advance purchasing my rooms it would be easier, NO, it so wasn't! After I returned I checked my credit card statement and long behold they had charged my card with these random charges. The damn hotel just could not get it through their head that I had already paid for my rooms! So, I kinda of had a feeling that this would happen. And I have been dealing with a nice man in accounting named Tony ever since. And he swears stuff like this never happens... so I had to inform him that this stuff always happens to me, so I am totally not suprised! And by now Tony and I are on a first name basis. But, Tony just could not seem to understand either, how hard is it?? I had already paid for my rooms then you charged me all of these random charges anyway! Hello, should I speak spanish perhaps?? I mean at this point Tony must have thought I was crazy, we had talked back and forth so many times it wasn't even funny. Finally, after numerous calls back and forth I think it has finally been settled. But, ahhh I informed Tony that this internet advance purchase thing ended up being more work than its worth. And he informed me that he hoped I would stay at the Hark Hopkins again, I laughed & told him I would perhaps, but would NEVER advance purchase my rooms again!!!! And they say this internet advance purchase is so easy...
