Bitter Single People

Have you ever known that friend that is just bitter as can be about being single?? I mean I don't know about you, but I am ok with the fact that I am still single. Yeah, don't get me wrong, its not like I want to be single forever or anything, but heck I am only 25, ok almost 26, but still? I know that there is a reason for everything. So, my attituide is good things come to those who wait, you know? But its really hard to have that attitude when hanging around those bitter types. My friend states that she is getting closer and closer to 30 and what if she never finds anyone?? Who thinks like that? I mean I understand being scared to be alone or whatever, but come on you need to think positively about life or you will never get anywhere. She then proceeds to inform me that all of our friends met their men in college and we didn't... and I just don't think like that at all. And yeah, we had just been to a wedding when this friend and I were out, so yeah she was in that mode. But, I was just happy as can be for my friend who had gotten married and here my bitter friend is going off about never finding anyoone. It was such a downer. I stick to my orginial thought, good things come to those who wait!!
